Breast cancer remains the most common cancer among women in Bangladesh. Seven out of every ten cancer deaths are caused by breast cancer. Most women don’t know to get tested, and those who do face poor and improper screening. Without awareness there is little chance of early detection, meaning that if and when women do get treated, it will be more expensive and less successful.

Our Campaign

Global One has procured the first mobile Mammography Unit in Bangladesh. With your help, we are going to save the lives of women all across the country by promoting early detection and help to give poor and rural women have access to healthcare. We will maximise chances of survival and minimise healthcare costs. By travelling around the country we will also raise awareness of the risks and symptoms of breast cancer.

Just £10 will pay for the doctors, nurses, and X-rays to give a mammogram to a woman in need. £10 could save a life. It’s up to us.
